STUDENTS
SENIORS: The Gear Up Staff will be here this Tuesday & Wednesday in the morning from 8:30 to 9:30 to conduct the College Placement test in English & Math. Please be preapred.

SCHOLARSHIPS: Reminder to all seniors to have your applications completed, typed and turned in on or before the deadline dates. For those who are requesting letters of reference or recommendations by your teachers, counselors or administrators, please give ample time on your request so they can have for you in a timely manner.

NTHS: All new NTHS members and NTHS officers will meet during first half of lunch today in room A5 to prepare for NTHS induction this Friday, April 13th.

NTHS: Due to the Senior Ball this Thursday, the National Honor Society will meet tomorrow Tuesday, April 10. Please wear your NTHS uniform and pay your dues.

SENIORS: Please see Advisor Fanene to verify payment of your Senior Ball tickets and to provide information of your partner and guest(s).

SENIOR CLASS & NATIONAL TECHNICAL HONOR SOCIETY: Reminder that the Senior Class, Senior Class Officers, National Technical Honor Society Members, Mr. & Miss NVTHS will be marching for Flag Day on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Please prepare your school uniforms and let our Wildcat Pride resonate throughout the Veteran's Stadium. Be proud to represent your school. For many of you, this is your last year--let's leave a good lasting impression that students at Nu'uuli Voc-Tech have Class. WILDCATS to the top!
TEACHERS
SENIOR CLASS ADVISORS/CLASS OFFICERS: Please meet after school in Cecilia's room to finalize Senior Ball program, financial report and Friday's showcase.

DEGREE UPDATES: Please inform me if you are anticipating receiving a higher degree so that your salaries can be budgeted for. Let me know today or by tomorrow at the latest. I will be submitting my report Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Principal Kava.

PARKING: Please park alongside the gate but do not block the entry gates in the front. Also, please do not park in front of the Punaoa Bldg. Leave this area open for class practice.

CLASS MEETINGS: We have only 2 days this week (Tues. & Thurs.) to put your items together. Please meet as an entire class and run through your performances. Reminder to please try as much as possible to stay within the 15 minute time frame allotted for each class performance. Also, Senior Class the Auto Shop is no longer available for use due to preparations for the Trade Fair. Please congregate outside in front of the Auto Shop. The Junior Class please meet between the Punaoa/Academic Bldg. or Basketball Court. Freshmen Class meet in front of the PE & Health and Sophomore Class in front of Punaoa.
POSTER COMPETITION!
Theme: “Energy Saving in American Samoa”-sponsored by the SGA of ASCC. The winning poster will become a Billboard for display at the roadside and will be rewarded with great prizes. More information forthcoming!
DOE Research!
Effective immediately, anyone wishing to conduct research on DOE must first agree to sign an agreement prior to conducting any research work. This agreement is available at the Contracts Division at the main office. The purpose of this agreement is to protect the department and to ensure that we all follow proper government regulations and laws.
SENIORS!
Undecided on a career path….What about becoming a TEACHER? The Department of Education offers the following opportunities for you. 1. Tuition paid for towards an AA in Education at ASCC. 2. Teaching Position after Graduation from ASCC. 3. Priority on B.Ed Cohort. 4. Induction and Mentoring Support Program and 5. Professional Teacher Certification. Requirement: a. High School Diploma DOE- Teacher Quality Office.
Campaigning?
This is election year and as a reminder that ASG personnel regulations strictly forbid campaigning during working hours and using of government property for any campaigning activities.
